Lucas Grams is an accomplished accounting professional with a strong foundation in financial management, grant administration, and organizational leadership. He previously serves as the Accounting Manager for the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority, where he oversaw a budget exceeding $50 million, led grant writing and management initiatives, and played a key role in budgeting and procurement software implementation.
Lucas holds both a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management from the University of Toledo’s John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation, graduating magna cum laude in both programs. Lucas has earned a CPA license and is known for his critical thinking, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.
With more than seven years of professional experience spanning public transit, manufacturing, precious metals trading, and higher education, Lucas has consistently demonstrated his expertise in financial operations, process improvement, and team collaboration. His past roles include positions at Advanta Industries, SD Bullion, and the University of Toledo, where he also served as an accounting tutor for undergraduate and MBA students.
